Graeme W Briggs is the founder and Singapore based Managing Director of the Asiaciti Trust Group. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant who has been directly involved in the international tax planning and offshore trust services industry since 1971. Over the past 37 years he has developed extensive experience in international tax and corporate planning with particular specialisation in international or foreign trusts, asset protection and estate planning, wealth preservation planning, international investment structures, and captive or offshore insurance. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Planners, and was a founding Senator of the Offshore Institute.
Adrian L Taylor is the Group's Managing Director, Trust Services, based in the Cook Islands. He is a Barrister & Solicitor in the High Court of Australia, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Cook Islands and New Zealand. Prior to joining Asiaciti Trust in 1997, Adrian practised as a commercial/tax lawyer with a major regional law firm in Australia. He specialised in advising private clients on trusts and other structures designed to minimise tax and protect family wealth. Adrian has almost 20 years experience in providing advice on trust and taxation matters.
Angela Nicolson who is General Manager of Asiaciti Trust Singapore, is an Australian Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Taxation. Before joining Asiaciti Trust in the Samoa office in January 2003, Angela was a Taxation Principal with Deloitte, Melbourne, where she led the superannuation, pension and retirement tax practice. Angela is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, and was previously a member of its Superannuation Tax Subcommittee. Angela has over 12 years experience in providing taxation advice to private and institutional clients.
Sam Ruha is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant and is the General Manager of Asiaciti Trust New Zealand Limited. Sam joined Asiaciti Trust in early 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Commence degree from the University of Auckland where his specialist interests were in finance & taxation. Prior to joining Asiaciti Trust he had an eighteen year career history in professional accounting firms and in finance and management.
Patrick Trainor is the General Manager of Asiaciti Trust Hong Kong Limited. Pat is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and holds a B.Sc.(Business Administration & Finance) degree. He has a career background in commercial, corporate and private banking in the U.S.A. and Asia. Pat subsequently worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for international corporate service providers before returning to Hong Kong to join Asiaciti Trust in 2006.
Jonathan Latimer was appointed General Manager of Asiaciti Trust Samoa Limited in early 2007. He is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant with a B.Bus. degree, majoring in Accounting. Prior to joining Asiaciti Trust, Jonathan worked in public accounting practice in New Zealand and in London with a major vehicle leasing company. He has a special interest in taxation and more than 12 years experience in business services, management accounting and taxation.
Jorge I Castillo Jorge I Castillo holds a Master in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University of Florida. He joined Asiaciti Trust in 2001 and is the General Manager of Asiaciti Trust Latin America S.A. His experience includes over fourteen years as a financial planning and trust services advisor in developing professional business relationships, and marketing strategies for international private banking firms and international trust companies.
