Asiaciti Trust offers a range of international financial planning services which enhance and preserve private wealth through the creation of tax effective international investment structures. We are fiduciairies and confidants for private wealth, much like the role that private bankers play in respect of banking and investment management services. In fact Asiaciti Trust often provides an independent interface between the client and private banker or fund manager.

ADVISORY SERVICES

Asiaciti Trust advises clients and their professional advisors on international tax planning, wealth preservation or asset protection planning, strategic corporate planning, retirement planning, or investment holding structures. This may cover such objectives as minimization of income tax liabilities, avoidance of estate duties, protection of assets from future claims, pre-migration planning, distribution of family wealth, cross border investment or trading structures, forming an offshore retirement or pension fund, life assurance planning, formation of intra-group insurance company, tax effective licensing of technology or franchises, or pre IPO investment planning.

OFFSHORE CORPORATE SERVICES

Asiaciti Trust can incorporate or provide offshore companies from the jurisdictions that best suit our clients' needs. We provide all necessary statutory corporate secretarial, nominee or domiciliary services for our clients' offshore companies. If administration of the offshore company is required we can attend to this on behalf of the client and, where appropriate, we will handle the banking transactions of the company. We have specialist skills in the administration of trading companies, captive insurance companies, licensing or royalty structures, offshore banks, investment portfolios and offshore investment funds.

INTERNATIONAL TRUSTS

If an international or foreign trust is required, Asiaciti Trust will establish this in the jurisdiction that best meets the clients' objectives. We are licensed or authorised to act as trustees in Singapore, the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Samoa, and able to act as trustees in various other jurisdictions. Our 36 year history in international trust services allows us to add significant value to the structuring of most international or foreign trust arrangements. Asiaciti Trust will act as trustee and attend to all administration of the international trust. Whilst we do not provide investment management services we will appoint or recommend proven international fund management companies to manage the investment of trust funds.
